The School for Wives - Molière Can't wait to see the play. This is a hilarious attempt by a man to control a woman's thoughts and feelings by keeping her stupid and uneducated. Doesn't work, of course. Written in 1662, the play is surprisingly fresh and modern. It shows that the relationship between man and woman hasn't changed over time.
